Michael - any idea why (almost) none of your books, including the Iron Dragon's Mother, are available as e-books in the UK? I appreciate that this is something for the publishers to work out, but it is very frustrating ....
I think it's because none of them have print editions in the UK. They're normally sold as a package these days. Other than that, probably nobody's approached my agent with an offer.
Not a very satisfying answer, I'm afraid.
